Hi,
Please visit a general surgeon as early as possible,a swelling can be of any nature,it can be a simple lipoma or it be someting serious also.A chiro can you symptomatic relief only ,you have to treat the cause .The swelling has to be excised or drained after knowing the nature of the swelling.Do not waste more time consult a surgeon immediately.
Goodluck.
