Thumb injury

Hi there

3 weeks ago I fell while skiing and sustained a complete UCL rupture with Stener lesion. I had surgery the following day and have just come out of my cast. Now I find I have a lot of pain in the thumb-side of my wrist and am concerned that I have a missed scaphoid injury.

Before I head back and bother my busy orthopod I was wondering if anyone could let me know if it is possible to sustain both these injuries at the same time or do I just have referred pain from my ligament surgery?

Many thanks

BG
