Hello!

Stenosing tenosynovitis is otherwise called as trigger finger. Trigger finger treatment varies depending on its severity and duration. Symptoms of trigger finger develop when the ring, middle, or index finger attempts to flex closed while gripping. Stretching, ice, and anti-inflammation medications should be tried to start with. Steroid injections like cortisone are used as a treatment for trigger finger. Surgery is the last option to remove the scar tissue.

Take care!
