What do I do next?

I have costochondritis/tietze's syndrome and I have for about 5 years. I have had 7 ribs out at a time. I regularly go to a chiropractor and had a special bio medic shirt made with panels to help keep them in place. I cannot even begin to explain the pain I go through as a 17 year old girl. They have done x-rays(which the ribs dont show in), ultrasounds, 2 back braces. Everyday I struggle to do what all the other kids can that I go to school with. Please if anyone knows how to help I've tried so many things. Thanks!
