What does this mean?

Findings: On the frontal view, there appear to be 6 lumber-type vertebral bodies. However utilizing the CT as a comparison, there are small transitional ribs at T12 with 5 lumber-type vertebral bodies. There is bilateral degenerative facet hypertrophy at L5-S1.
There is mild disc space  narrowing at all levels, sparing L3-4.
