Tibia stress fracture

Been diagnosed with a tibia stress fracture today after a long week of waiting on an xray (to rule out sarcoma as thier is a lump) been told tonight it is a strange looking fracture and they have never seen anything like it so I'm panicking again now, any ideas what I have ahead of me
