Wrist pain with pronation, flexion, radial deviation. Initially from typing

Issues with pronating both wrists. Issue started about two years ago and slow onset weakness risen since then

Have a strength issue as I can pronate the wrists fully however I struggle with the last 10 degrees of pronation in both wrists.
Have no endurance as I cannot maintain fully pronated wrists for more than 30 seconds and wrist wants to flip over to a supinated / neutral position (feels weak).

Right Wrist problem. Issue started 2 years ago with keyboard use, went away with few months rest but has come back since a year ago out of the blue (felt sharp burning 2 cm above head of ulnar bone in right hand)

Right wrist feels unstable at rest. Need elbow support to minimise (but not eliminate) unstable feeling.
Right wrist has consistent feeling of mild pain (at head of ulnar bone) and bones grinding and clicking when pronating (in the last 20 degrees of pronation) and when putting wrist in a flexion position (last 20 degrees of motion).

Burning sensation (continues for hours when triggered, very painful) 2 cm above head of ulnar bone on right hand triggered by radial deviation. Ulnar deviation relieves the burning sensation.

Only 24 and want my life back to normal again. Please help and much appreciated :)
Surgeon appointment in 2 months but would like an idea of what may be happening before then!

Got a MRI done showing a small TFCC tear and scapholunate ligament tear in right wrist. Can this be caused by computer use?
