achy feet and legs? poor circulation??

from my kneecap down to my feet, it feels as if there is poor circulation. i dont know how to explain it. my legs and feet feel heavy, tired and sometimes a lil tingle. When i exercise on the eliptical machine my feet tend to get numb after 10 minutes. i mentioned it to my primary doc once and she didnt seem concerned. Is there someone that can help me? (fyi im 25, female smoker and exercise 2-3 times/week)

Hi, high heels tend to push our body ahead of centre of gravity, causing strain at lower spine as spine tries to adjust the centre. This give rise to low back ache but rarely leg pains.

Also get hemoglobin checked to rule out anemia. Bye

Thank you for your prompt response. My legs arent swollen and i dont believe i have dilated vessels? Not really sure about that (im assuming i would notice something different) But i have been smoking since i was 15. Could it also be from wearing high heels to flats to high heels? i will go back to the doc and check this out again because it is bothersome to me. And again, i really appreciate ur response.

Hi, do you have swelling in any of the leg or dilated vessels? Since when are you smoking and how much?

The reasons for this kind of pain could be neuropathy, intermittant claudication i.e muscular pain due to vascular insufficiency. Do you have history of low back ache?

Try vitamin B and hot compressions for a month or so. If no response is seen, do consult doctor for investigations.
