Hello!

Yes, you can with following proper ergonomics. The most important thing is to assess your knee joint and avoid arthritis.

I would suggest you to follow up with an orthopedician for present day scans and suggestions in modification of your lifestyle if required.

With minor bow legs you can avoid any intervention.

Take care!

Hello!

In adults for extreme bow legs the treatment is surgery.

I would suggest you to follow up with an orthopedician for trying out splints or orthopedic boots but at this age it is difficult for your legs to correct with splints.

Bow legs correction requires wide and extensive knowledge of orthopedics. Professional approach and aftercare assure best possible results for you.

Take care!
