can someone explain in plain words what this means?

Broke left wrist 5 1/2 weeks ago and just had xrays done and this is the radiologist report. There us a fracture at the distal radius with probable intra-articular extension and mild dorsal angulation and mild displacement at the fracture site. Ulna appears grossly intact. Degenerative changes are also noted in left wrist.
