Hi Kenny, is it clicking, ratching and clunking?  go to a good shoulder doctor, he'll most likely have you go for an MRI.  that will tell all. i've been scoped on each shoulder and don't have any problems now.  if you ever do have surgery on the shoulder, be vigilant with psyical therapy. if scar tissue is allowed to build up then the pain could be worse than the orgional problem.  good luck  Phill

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello!

This can be due to some ligament problems or past injuries to your muscle, soft tissue or joint cavity of your shoulder.
.
Get an X-ray done and also rule out any problems by an examination near an orthopedician.

Take care!
