do i have kyphosis?

i'm an 18 year old female and LOOSING MY MIND. i used to be extremely active but the past 8 months i have been suffering crippling depression. i sat curled up in a ball pretty much non-stop for five months. my posture is a disaster and i can't even recongnize myself. my shoulders and rolled my shoulder blades are tilting away from me and off to the sides but mostly my neck is causing me great distress. i feel like my head is moving forward and down. there is a bump on my neck from my bone in my neck. i've gone to specialists and they just tell me i'm fine and need to fix my posture. my throats muscles are super tight and it just feels like there is more than just a posture problem. it feels like my neck is folding. i also have a herniated disk L5 S1 caused my constant stress of athletics. i struggled with anerexia and lost a ton of weight but then the opposite happened after i got back from treatment and i put on A LOT. i haven't left my house in 5 months and when i say i was curled up in a ball i mean i was curled up for more than most of the day and looking down. i have pain in my neck and shoulder blades and sometimes it's so painful i take pain pills i got when i got my tonsils out. the doctor told me i also have degenerative disk disease. i'm wondering if 1. you think i have kyphosis and 2 if i can correct it an go back to normal. is it possible to get your old posture back? if you have kyphosis what are the options to fix it? is it to late for me?
