foot injury question
hi i had a gate shoved over the top of my foot yesterday at work and know today its purple and discolored what could I have done to my foot like what damage could've been caused if i stand orbwalk on it for long periods it bothers me what should I do
Go to a physician immediately. The liklihood is you have a fractured metatarsal. It will probably require immobilization in a cast. When I broke mine I had a cast for three months.
