heavy arms

In the last 6 months my left armpit is sore and sometimes hurts when I use my muscle.  The area has grown in the past 6 months.  My arms feel heavy alot of the time but not all of the time.

If your periods are normal, your nodes are also not felt or seen then there is nothing to worry. It is good that you have learned how to do breast self examination for future cancer self screening. For inflammation of the arm pits you can take some anti inflammatory drugs etc.
Have balanced food and lead a stress free life. There is no reason to think about the past as bygones are bygones.Remember get convinced yourself that every decision you have taken till now is of yours and which was correct for that time, place and environment and you have learnt so much and there is life ahead with these past experiences. Take care!

I had unprotected sex with my ex-husband end of December 2008. A couple of weeks after that my breast felt like they did when I was pregnant in my early 20s.  Keep in mind that I am premenapausal , but I did a at home pregnacy test and it was negative.  I didn't have a period until I got very sick first of February and I started.  That period lasted for weeks and was very very heavy.  After that I began having tingles or shivers.  Sometimes it would be one leg or arm but never all over..just a part of my body.  I've been to the doctor about my armpit soreness and she can't feel the lymph nodes....but it all feels like a bruise to me.  This has been going on since February and I think my doctors thinks that this episode with my ex upset me so much...this is mental.  I appreciate any response you may offer.  Thank you.

The reasons for armpit to be sore is inflammed lymph nodes and you have to go for an examination to check for this. You have inflammed lymph nodes with any infection, inflammation or any other activity in the region.
You are advised to go for an examination near a Physician and also learn how to do breast self examination and do it timely. Take care!
