Chronic distal biceps partial tear.Treatment?

I have a year old 4mm distal biceps tear in my non dominant arm.i didnt rest it after injury and took nsaids.thats all i did. It did not improve nor deteriorate and the pain is from 1 to 3 over a 10 scale (resting vs holding heavy stuff)
What is the best solution? Physical therapy? Paratendinous injection of steroid?cast? Its bothersome to say the least and painful to use thats how i would describe it.i want to get over with it cz its annoying me a lot

This is a question, I would think, for an orthopedic surgeon.  One would have to see how bad it was.  You seem to have gotten this diagnosed, so maybe you got diagnostic pictures taken.  If you did, if you go see the surgeon who ordered that you can learn if it has gotten worse.  But to know the best treatment, you need a current diagnosis.  I'm surprised you didn't get any treatment plan originally if you truly have a tear in your muscle, and I'm also surprised you weren't put on rest for awhile.
