knee problem

I would like info. and in easy terms so I can understand this. This is results of a mri. on my left knee. Thanks

1. Torn medial meniscus. 2. Grade 2 degenerative change lateral
meniscus.
3. Large joint effusion. 4. Osteoarthritis medial joint space and to
a
lesser extent patello femoral joint. 5. Mild bone bruising medial
femoral
condyle.

Your left knee joint is severely injured, is losing its cartilage, and as an important cartilage -- the medial meniscus -- is torn, you will need knee surgery, perhaps a knee replacement.
