left side pain

I've been having a throbbing ache that runs down the entire left side of my body. It starts in the arm socket area and travels down the back of my arm to elbow then travels down forearm to wrist. Then I have the same thing on lower extremity. Hip area down front upper thigh to knee then down back calf to ankle on top of foot. Any ideas. I need some relief. I also get headaches only on the left side in the temple and behind the eye

Hi how are you
I have been suffering from pain in my left side. ive been to the doctors a good many times. most of them all say its to do with muscle. but my pain is usually the top half or middle back pain.  I suggest to try to some back exercises you can find them even on YouTube to strengthen that part of your back. it is all to do with posture maybe even try sleeping on your right side I have been trying to do that.
I even had an xray it didn't show anything abnormal thank God
to be honest I think my pain is from caring a large school bag on one side. make sure you are careful not to have a heavy hand back that will bring you down one side.
I have also tried to buy some back support merchandise you can buy them cheap on ebay. I don't know if they help much but if I wore it did encourage me to straighten my back

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possible causes of the body pain that may need to be considered include postural issues, neuro-muscular causes such as muscle sprain, nerve impingement, injuries to muscles/ ligaments etc inflammations, fractures/ dislocations, referred pain from other regions, micronutrient deficiencies etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
