leg cramps

my question is i work as apramedic and work 14hr shifts in a small truck.im 6ft4 and wear cheap boots not really tied tight.well i sleep in very awkward positions in work on downtime and also do alot of walking at home.i never stretch and should but i have cramping that is in my ankle, back of leg, feet, shin ect and the muscle is tender. i dont smoke nor drink so when i sleep at night it seems gone but when i wake up the pain is there and more painful under my toes which leaves but then the chronic pain starts. my leg is not pale, cool or clammy,no fever,no discloration and i can walk fine,i could run up 5 flights of stairs if i needed but the cramping is there.its only going on day 3,but im usually in a big box truck with alot of leg room, now im in a van times 2 weeks with no room.thank you

I would definetly do some stretching and strengthening exercises for your calf.  Stand on a step on the ball of your foot and drop your heel.  This will stretch it.  To strengthen it you can raise yourself up on the ball of your foot.  I'm tall too. Van's suck.  LOL!!!!
