lower back pain w/ throbbing pain going down my leftside to the legs

I have this pain in my back since I got off work, now is going down to my leg on the leftside. What is that from?

I have been suffering with hairline fracture on my right foot in metatarsal ....it is now 5th week should i remove the plaster now ...i gave full rest to my foot ...plz advise me as i am doing job

It sounds like sciatica. If it gets worse you may need to go to a chiro and have your back adjusted. if you have any numbness or tingling or your legs fall asleep and you have trouble waking them up go immediately and have a mri or ct scan done. You could have a more serious issue such as a nerve compression. Best wishes, Sissie
