please help!

Hi,

About 17 months ago I had a knee reconstruction and MCL repair for an ACL and MCL injury. There were some complications in rehab with regaining flexion and some patella ligament pain, however, aside from the ligament pain still slightly present during exercise the rest has recovered. BUT, pain over the MCL remains fairly consistently. It hurts slightly to press over the surgical scar and it feels like a stretching/tearing pain every time I turn the wrong way. E.g. the injury occurred on my left knee, and now when I try and turn in a right circle when jogging it hurts. My doctor and physio have had no answers to this. A second MRI showed no discernible problems inside the knee. Does anyone know what might be going on?
