Posterior medial meniscus tear
I'm 22 years man , I have a trauma in left knee and I do MRI and report say that
1) minimal synovial effusion
2) abnormal linear high S.I is seen at the posterior horn of medial meniscus, reaching the articular margin ... posterior tear
What is the treatment ?
