soreness of lower ribs (right side)
I have had a dull pain in my lower ribs on the right side for some time, has not gotten any better or worse with time. It is most senitive on the leading edge of my ribcage

How are you feeling now? Did you hurt yourself over the ribcage?
I feel this might be due to either muscle pull or rib cage injury.
Analgesics would help in recovery. They would decrease the pain and reduce inflammation.
Have you done any imaging study?
Have you any x-ray or MRI study?
Have you consulted any doctor for your ribcage pain?
