stress fracture right foot

I suspect I have a stress fracture near at either the 2nd or 3rd metatarsals in my right foot. Is it common to have swelling only on the ventral side of my foot near my toes, as oppossed ot the top of my foot?

I would suggest you to go for an X-ray of foot and get it commented by a radiologist for a proper diagnosis.

If there is a stress fracture then you would need to rest your foot, wear a boot, ankle, brace or plaster with 4-6 weeks of immobilization followed by physiotherapy.

Take care!
