meniscus tear?!!

Alright, so on Tuesday night I was longboarding at a fireworks show and crashed going about 25.   My right knee was the first poi.t of contact tearing the skin off and all.  Anyways I didn't think much of it,  but now Saturday, I cannot straighten or completely bend my knee and I have nonstop pain all around my knee.   I really need to know what is wrong as I am a Lifeguard and this is severely affecting work
Also, my parents will not take me to the doctor as of yet.
  Thanks.

Well, tell your parents it's time to go to the doctor.
It could be a multitude of things, but a meniscus tear is a definite possibility.
However, the type of accident you describe is not typical. Disks are usually due to a forceful twisting. You could have a Condyle or Patellar fracture.

Yes there is catching when I go to straighten my knee along with sharp pain.   Also at work I've felt popping that feels like someone is cutting on the inside.  There's is swelling on the medial and lateral side.  No I cannot support my full weight.  Only on my toes can I walk.
Thanks

What made you title this thread: "meniscus tear?"
Do you have specific indications of a tear?
The knees are very complicated joints, and need a series of specific tests to see specific structure involvement.
What you describe sounds more of a "tightening" of an injured muscle or tendon. (notice I didn't say tear, but that doesn't mean there isn't one)
As far as not being able to straighten: Is it because it feels "tight" or because it feels like it "locks" up?
Do you feel any clicking or popping?
Can you support your full weight on that leg? If so, can you put your weight on it, then twist? If you do, what do you feel.
Better: Lay on your back, have someone bend your knee 90 degrees while applying pressure from the bottom of your foot, then twist your lower leg back and forth. What do you feel?

You haven't mentioned if there is any swelling or bruising, etc.
