Anyone else on Avastin

Waiting on my CA results, after my third Avastin.  Is anyone having good results?

Oh, what kind of schedule are you on? Since I am on a combo, I recieve treatment once a week for 3 weeks and then have a week off. I recieve avastin/abraxane on weeks 1 and 3 and abraxane alone on week 2.

I m on Avastin with Abraxane, and so far have had good results. Other than losing my hair from the abraxane it has not been to awfully bad. I have had some blood pressure issues from the avastin and as Deandra said, the fatigue is awful. But I have been on much worse so I really cannot complain. It is my understanding that should my CA start going up again, we can switch off to something else to go along with the avastin instead of completely changing the whole regime. I wish you luck with it.

I'm on Avastin and Doxil. I've had great results with the 2 drugs. I'm having a hard time with the side effects of Doxil but the Avastin is a cake walk besides the fatigue. Best of luck, Deandra

Are you on Avastin alone or with something else? I can't remember. Tybear and Crecco I think are on Avastin, there are several ladies using it, but some in combination with another chemo.  Donna
