Autonomic dysfunction and complex ovarian cysts

I have been having some significant health problems for about 11 months now.
Hx: endometriosis in 1995, for which I had lapariscopic surgery.  I developed dysfunctional uterine bleeding in 1999 which was controlled by full-time oral contraceptives until they stopped being effective in 06. I had a lapariscopic hysterectomy of the uterus and cervix in Sept of 06.  Two month following the surgery I starting having signs of signficant autonomic dysfunction; POTS, other cardiac rhythm dysfunction (inverted t-waves, slightly elevated troponin, which resolved in 12 hours, palpatations), I was ruled out for cardic problems-- (echo and stress test, only mitral valve prolapse on echo), shortness of breath, fatigue, dizzyness, blurred vision, urinary hesitancy, early satiety and 20 + lb weight loss, chills, brain fog, and the list goes on. These symptoms come and go in intensity, sometimes I am completely laid up and other times I can function fairly well.  I was ruled out for MS and my Anti-HU antibodies and all the other tests were negative.
My final test was a full body CT which showed a complex ovarian cyst on the left ovary.  2 follow-up ultrasounds revealed " ruptued L ovarian cyst with septations and free fluid", "possible complex hemmoraghic L ovarian cyst", a right ovarian cyst, and a small amount of free fluid on the right lower pelvic cavity, possibly from mesenteric cyst,  I have had little or no pelvic pain and have no family history of cancer.  I have also developed a large (2+CM) inguinal lymph node on the left side x 3 months and a small (1/2 cm claviular node on my right side-- also 3 months duration.  My gynecologist suggested another ultrasound in two months (October).
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated!

Hi There,
I would suggest seeing a rheumatologist. I am not sure that your symptoms are related to your surgery. It sounds rough though.

I agree with checking the cyst again  in a few months
best wishes!
