Dear Sweet Becky,
I hope all went well yesterday and that they were able to put the stent in. You poor thing a farting room mate and they snore? Sounds like my dog and my husband. (I'll let you figure out which is which). Let us know how it went and my prayers are with you.

Hoping you got to come home after your procedure. It is certainly no fun to be in the hospital...especially with a flatulent roommate who snores! I have Crohn's, so I'm no stranger to gastro issues, but I'm with Adam...I think I would have giggled. Yes, I'm 39 and still find potty issues somewhat funny. Anyway, hoping everything went well, and your on your way to recovering.

I am sending you lots of possitive thoughts and praying this is the beginning of some true healing for you...........

Praying that all goes well tomorrow.

Stent better than tube I guess. Hate those suckers tho!!!
Thanks everyone...my kidney infection got way out of control and I'm now recieving 2 types of IV antibiotics every 6 hours. I'm set to have surgery tomorrow morning under general anesthetic...they're going to put a stent in my right ureter and, while he's in there, he will try to stent my left one as well and get rid of my nephrostomy bag.He told me not to hold my breath though - he's not so sure he'll be able to get the stent past the blockage. If he can't, then I'll be scheduled in for a nephrostomy tube change sometime next week. I'm in pain - it's not too bad but it's constant. I feel really nauseated from all of the drugs they're giving me.
Thanks for all the good wishes and prayers...hopefully, if all goes well, I'll be home tomorrow afternoon.
Love Becky xx
