It appears to be a Stage 1a Grade 2 ovarian cancer tumor.
This means it is contained in the left ovary.

Chemo is not administered for this Stage and grade of ovarian cancer.
Here is a nice link for the explanations:
http://health.yahoo.com/cancer-resources/stage-and-grade-of-ovarian-cancer/healthwise--tw9761.html

Was the surgery performed by a gynecological oncologist (Gyn-Onc?
Were any lymph nodes samples and was a peritoniel wash performed?
Was her appendix removed? This is often indicated when the tumor contains mucins or mucus.

These are very important.
A second opinion is probably a good idea, to have the pathology done by a cancer center with experience with ovarian cancer and reviewed by their Gyn-Onc.
