very confused and worried about results, help please

Can anyone please  give me help. My vaginal ultrasound results says 6.5 cm heterogeneous left adnexal mass has calcification in it. with soft tissue. This is of uncertain significance, particulary in light of a partial hys.  26 years ago.It has some flow. This merits further work up. perhaps with mri. I go to a free clinic, and after this report went to dr. 10 days later they sent me for a ca125. They have results but wont tell me results. I only had my uterus removed during hys. I have had 2 ultrasounds done sence then and they never found anything. Sence I got an appointment for three weeks later to go back to clinic, here I sit worried. Im glad I have the clinic to go to, but I worry about the care  you get when you cant pay. Sould i be worried about this. Thank you

I wouldnt be so worried if my mother hadnt of had ovarian cancer, I havent been in any pain they found the mass when they did a pelvic exam. The only times Ive hurt is after the exam and the ultrasound. So Im lucky there. Plus Im 54 so Im a little worried about cancer. No one should have to wait a month to see a Dr. after results are in. I know there busy, but you just sit and wonder. Good luck to you.
