Bloating

Hi Ladies,

     Well I am going in for a scan and bloodwork.  Lately, last 4 weeks or so I have become increasing gassy with bloating, pants are getting almost unwearable.  Also my BM's are wacky.  My last scan was in Aug. and my CA125 was at 8 up from 6.5, which I know is still great.  I wonder if a reocurrance could happen this fast.  Best to have it checked cuz something is not right with all this gas and bloating, no abdominal pain though.  I am scared but trying to have faith.  Thanks for being here for me.  Love, Kerry

have your thyroid checked,  i was gaining weight bloated etc,, it was and is my thyroid.  Ronni

Personally, I go through periods where I am bloated and pants are tight ... then things get a little better.  I get scared every time and have no idea why this happens.

    Got my results back.  CA125 8.6 same as in Aug. and my scan is clear.  Whewww!!  I am feeling some better not bloating so much.  I cannot seem to lose weight, I feel like I am giving it an honest try, trying to eat right and working out, but my body doesn't want to let it go, do you think chemo six months out, my body is still trying to adjust?  I am thankful that tests are good though and will go in again at the beginning of Dec.  Thank you so much for your prayers and well wishes.  Love, Kerry

I don't know your history but are you on any drugs.  i have been on estrogen blocker for 19 months and just recently the Arimidex was doing a number on me.  i am off it now and the bloating and consipation is gone.  I was so scared now I will just wait for my test and will have to tell my dr. i went off the drug.  also i take alot of vit. and herbs and if not will food i get gas and indigestion.  so good luck and perhaps it is just something in a change in your diet etc.  I know we all think the worst but heres to a good test

My CA 125 has tripled although still in normal range the last 7 months... I am fine..I had the same symtoms bloating and had abdominal pain.. it was nothing..I know you are afraid but always remember and never forget we are here holding your hand.... Ronni
