Caylex Side effects
Has anyone on Caylex experienced skin darkening? I look like I have been in the sun too long.
Thanx Lance. I had a carcinoma removed, and now it has spread to the membranes of my organs. I really hope this Caylex works. I don't mind if I turn out to be black afterwards!
My wife, Nanette, had liposomal doxorubicin or Caelyx for 6 months (equivalent to 6 treatments) and she had skin darkening. We noticed the change in her complexion midway through this regimen. She applies sun block lotion everytime she goes outside. Kindly watch out for PPE / hand and foot syndrome also, although Nanette didn't have this. This is one of the more popular side effects of this drug.
