  I have decided on a hotel and Reserved the first block of rooms. If this block fills up another one will be added so that we do not get too many and end up responsible for rooms not used. I am copying the e-mail that was sent to me so that the info is available to all of you. Please note that Oct 2 is the last day for anyone to make reservations. Also, you will need to use a credit or debit card to reserve your room, but no charges will be added at this time. Charges will only be required at check out time. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me or Julie at the hotel.

Hope Bron is doing well with the pregnancy, and that you two have a wonderful visit. Trying to get organized for my Canada trip, I leave on the 22nd, and return Oct 2nd..will only be 3 weeks til we pick you up at the airport! Woot
