Complex Hemmorhagic Cysts

Looking for some information.  I am continually having ultrasounds for recurrent Complex Ovarian Cysts "presumably" representing cyst with hemmorhage.  One ultrsound will show complex cyst and I'll follow it up and the next time it will show that it's resolving but I have another complex cyst on the other side.  Mind you - I've had a partial hysterectomy, so it worries me that the films are being read correctly.  My question is that since these complex cysts seem to be resolving themselves is there a cause for alarm?  My doctor keeps sending me for follow-up ultrasound every two months.  I've heard that complex cysts are dangerous.  Any advice is appreciated.

every tech reads results different.  They could be harmless, or it could PCOS.  I have been told the same things but i think that i have endo, so I am not good for answers because its been a year and I am still waiting.  I have three cysts that wont go away.  I am sure that someone will come along shortly to help

This sounds exactly like my situation. I've been having small (1.5cm or less) complex cysts followed for about 1 year. They keep resolving and re-appearing on the opposite side every 3-4 months. They have been referred to at times as possible hemmoragic cysts. I've had 3 CA-125 (all in 'normal' range).

My Gyno thinks this is happening, because I am having hormonal fluctuations, being in peri-menopause (I'm 48 years old). I've had other peri symptoms - but still getting a period - although it's getting more irregular.

Finally, at my last TV-US in August, she is letting me go for 6 months until another is done. I was going every 2-3 months for a year.
Also, on the TV-US in August -  the report from the radiologist was the 'best' sounding one -  no 'scary' or 'suspicious' terminology. It was almost normal looking, except for one small cyst.

Yup,  I got them too.  Since May this year.  Just have another us and showed a 2.5cm possible hemm cyst.  No iv got the symptoms too.  
Do your ovaries ache or feel tender all the time?  Back pain? And feeling of tiredness?
Iv had 1 gyn offer a laproscopy  and another one just follow up ultrasounds.  Im almost tempted to do the lap to see whats goin on.
I dont understand why they can't tell why this is all of a sudden happening.  If it is perimenopause you think they would know.
I want my hormone levels tested and she wont.
Maybe time to find another doc.

I had my hormomes tested last year - didn't show too much changing, but according to my gyn, you don't see much of a change until your well into menopause - (missing periods alot). I haven't actually missed one, but there a bit irregular. They are actually closer together - she says this is normal, before they start getting further apart -  which I hope will happen soon. The peri symptoms start well before it shows on a blood test.
