Nausea and pain still remain

Hello,
I finally found a doctor that took me in without insurance and they did blood work (including CA-125)and all turned out fine the sent me to a gyn. and He did a vu/s and a pelvic u/s both was very much confusing. Neither one showed my mass or my ovary. I still have alot of nausea and in alot of pain (sharp, and aching ones along with cramping). I have a lump above the hairline below my bellybutton in the shape of a miniture hotdog.(previously it felt like a jelly bean) It is half inch wide and two inches long. What can that be. It is by the skin area so it is easy to feel and you have to do it gently because when you push down on it goes away.
I guess what my question is, could my ovary move around and not be seened by the u/s's?
If that is the case what else can be done...what other test can I have done to ease my mind that everything is okay?
I do have a history of cancer (melanoma and cervical)but both found in stage one.
Do you have a suggestions or questions that I can ask my doctor about?
I am trying to stay positive but this pain is really getting to me and the nausea and fatigue is not helping matters.
And so far I have no answers to my problems because the doctor sent me home with a clean bill of health. (To take up for the doctor...he is new to me and he only has what is given to him to look at, He didn't have my MRI results that showed the 6/7mm mass on my ovary. Does that make a difference? Also the U/S pictures didn't have my ovary showing just rt abn & lt abn.)
Please help me understand what maybe going on.
Thank you...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi There,
I am so happy to know that you are being taken care of. You have had a good evaluation. It sounds like you have a hernia. A hernia is a weakness in the abdominal wall. The weak area can commonly occur along the old incision line. Your description is perfect. Because there is a weak area, your intestine can push through the weak area and appear as a lump. This occurs mostly when you are standing or straining your abdominal muscles. It is good that you can push the lump back in. For people where there is a lump and it cannot be pushed back in, that is called an "incarcerated hernia". That is a surgical emergency because  the intestine that is struck can have its blood supply blocked off which is dangerous. Your nausea may be related to the hernia.

You should ask your doctor about seeing a surgeon. You may need this repaired
best wishes to you.

Glad the thought was useful. It may be that a small loop of bowel slips through the hernia and causes the pain and nausea and that would explain why, when you push it it dissapears. Try looking up hernia, strangulated hernia ect.

Is it possible it could be a hernia. Either from previous abdominal surgery or the abdominal wall. I know this may not help but it's just a thought.
GOOD LUCK

Thank you for the information...
I have had a hernia repaired in 03' that was located in my belly button. This is located about two inches lower, so that could be the case again.
