The comment "no free fluid" indicates that there is no excess fluid in your abdominal cavity. This is a good report, for fluid above the normal amount (which I believe is only 10 ml or some other small amount) can indicate a possible malignancy.
I should also note that virtually all reports state there could be a possible malignancy, also stated as a cystadenocarcinoma (I hope I spelled that correctly.)
I know we all sound like "broken records" (remember those, ladies?!) on this site, since we keep repeating this same mantra over and over: until the surgery, the doctor will not know for certain if the mass is benign or malignant.
I should have mentioned - I understand the cystic and solid mass part, but do not understand the part about "no free fluid".
