added info to thougths on whats wrong......

Also, after I urinate my pelvic pain worsens and I have a lot of bloating... one day I will put on a pair of jeans and I can pull them away from my stomach like I had lost weight overnight. The next day I will put on those same jeans and cant even button them. This problem persists on a daily basis. On a laughing matter it makes it very difficult to plan what Im going to wear the next day... :)

Welcome to the site.  Please get a 2nd opinion with a gyn/onc.  They are specialists in the female reproductive area.  Congratulations on the birth of your baby.  I just wish that your pain was gone.  A gyn/onc has seen it all, so that would be the best place for you to start.  I am not recommending one because of cancer - but because they have several years more education and they are specialists.  You are in my thoughts and prayers.  Godspeed

Have you had a consultation with a urologist, to rule out any additional problems with your urinary tract?  I would suggest following that avenue as well as seeking advice from a gyn specialist.  You could also seek a consult with a fertility clinic.  Endometriosis is a common cause of infertility in women, and thus these clinics usually have a 'endo specialist.'

Your symptoms read much like those of a member of my family.  As soon as she and her husband "finished" their family, she had a complete hysterectomy.  The procedure restored her  'life' to her, as before she had the same problems that you report, including being bedridden for days from pain and heavy menstruation.
