I'm sorry you are going through this. Thankfully, ovarian cancer is rare so the odds are very much in your favor that it is not cancer. Could it be your ovaries shutting down? I was very nauseous, tired and had no appetite (along with a long list of other symptoms) after my uterus and ovaries were removed. But that would not explain the pelvic pain.
The CA125 test is not the best at diagnosing ovarian cancer.

You've done the right thing to be evaluated. Waiting is hard. But please know that 'most' of the time we suspet something like cancer, it isn't. Irritable bowel syndrome is another reason for why you could have theses symptoms, for example.
