Ct scan and ultrasound question

Can someone please explain all this?
The myometruim is somewhat inhomogeneous without focal modularity or discrete mass.
The endometrial stripe has a heterogeneous appearance and is focally thickened near the fundus measuring 1.3cm the appearance of a endometrial mass or polyp or neoplasm.

The problem is the endometrial polyp and the fluid in the endometrial cavity. The polyp may require D&C and hysteroscopy for removal and to exclude cancer. The fluid in the cavity can be blood or discharge. Clinical correlation is necessary. Consult your Doctor. Hope this helps.
