I am a healthy 59 year old woman and have been told I have an enlarged ovary. Everything I read on line suggest ovarian cancer. Any suggestions?

Has your doctor scheduled you for more tests?  I would think at least an MRI/CT scan and/or a CA-125 test would be in order as first steps.
