Dermoid cysts disappeared on ultrasound

I have had several cysts over 18 years most disappeared, some  may have burst causing terrible pain! Then 3 years ago because of complaints of pain my Dr.ordered ultrasound. The results said I had a 2 cm dermoid cyst, and ultrasounds every six months followed. Then it grew to 10 in a year. They wanted to do surgery but had to wait for clearance from my aneurysm doctor to make sure it was safe.Meanwhile I have been in alot of pain and swelling like IM four months prego!Newest ultrasound can't find it?Could my cyst have been misdiagnosed as a dermoid with tumor markers or can they bust?Soooo confused and still in pain!Help
