Diagnosed with Bengin Inguinal Adenopathy WHAT is it ? and what can I do now

I was tested for ovarian cancer and nothing was there
My ER doctor said I had this Bengin Inguinal Adenopathy
He said it wasnt cancerous and there was no  swelling nor redness nor fever down in my groin but a small non hard lump

what is this
And what can I do to fix this
Im terrified and need answers

He requested a follow up visit in 2 weeks with a family care practice doctor for the first time
He did nothing more than exzamine me ( 3 of them did ) felt me over and everything
asked me if I had any symptoms which were asscoiated with ovarian cancer
( the whole list ) and I had none  ...I have a great appetite no diarreha no blood in urine or stool nothing
My problem with this is they offered no  bloodwork no urine test no ultrasound nothing ... they also dianosed with with acute anxiety and said a large portion of my problem was related to it
I have no swelling fever nothing no pain anything
The problem as well is I havent seen a doctor before this in 15 years and this family practice thing is charlty care which Im sceduled for an appointment with in 2 weeks
If i go back to the ER all there goin to do  is make me follow up with them again
I am thinknig of walking into the ER tomarrow and just demanding to see and get tests would you think thats a good idea

How long have you had symptoms, and how were you tested for ovca?  Have you had any injuries or illnesses associated with this symptom? Were you tested for other conditions,  and given standard tests as well -  tests such as a   complete blood count?  Did the doctor recommend a follow-up examination in a few weeks or a month to determine if the node is still swollen?

If I understand your post correctly,  then the doctor is telling you that he has found an enlarged lymph node in your groin area, and that he believes the condition is not cancer-related.  Given that swollen lymph nodes are an indicator of infections, and that in some cases the swelling does indicate malignancies, my suggestion is that you follow-up with your GP or primary care provider.  She or he can request the results of any tests that were done at the ER, and order more tests if necessary.   Usually if the adenopathy is infection-related, the doctor simply prescribes antibiotics to resolve the infection.
