Oh how I love those times spent down in the storm shelter, when you live in a manufactured home  you have no basements to retire to.  some woman had to bring her 2 day old baby out in it,  so at least we all had a great time looking at it.

I'll tell you, Dian, this is one well-kept secret. I have a few friends who are exercise instructors and I have suggested that they create a class for this and advertise to women who have had abdominal surgery (men, too)!  There is such a need and not many talking about it. And, in my case, to have had proof that adhesions were collapsing my colon....discover the bodyrolling....get rid of the pain (incredible) and then to have another surgery years later only to be told that adhesions were all gone. What more evidence is there? This is one reason I hang out here (plus I've been here so long, it would be hard to get me out of here anyway ...gosh, we go way back, huh?).

Some day I will get my act together and post this on the Health Pages....

Hope you did not get hit by any of the tornadoes that rolled through your State last weekend. My work is ten miles south of the town that was devastated.

Love, Mary
