justscore,
Was the song you were speaking of sang at the end of the broadcast last night? If so that was Melissa Etheridge and I do not think that is new song as she was dx with breast cancer a few years back and I think she wrote it because of her experiences.

The hourlong show also will include a performance of "Just Stand Up," a charity song featuring Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Beyonce, Rihanna, Fergie, Miley Cyrus, Underwood and others.
I missed her yesterday and I did not check out the song, but I did go in last night and watch the video of her interview on Good Morning America where they discussed ovarian cancer and then the clip on her show where she and Regis were talking about her and Electrolux teaming up to raise $500,000. Then I went to then electrolux site which links you to a site just for her. You then enter the Wash and Wear Lounge where you can send a virtual t-shirt to a friend or friends. Costs nothing to you but for every shirt that is e-mailed, electrolux will donate $1, with a minimum of $25,000 and a maximum of $30,000. After you send the shirt, you may then put it on the ribbon wall. Which is a big wall of t-shirts that have been sent so far and teal ribbons.
What some of these people are coming up with is really kind of fun.

Heidi,
I saw her on GMA yesterday morning. I think it is great and I am glad that they had a doctor talking on there too about the symptoms. It wasn't a long segment but it was better than nothing! Thanks for the link! colleen
