i have to add that the thing that made me notice it again is that i am trying to get pregnant with my new husband and I have not gotten pregnant despite having unprotected intercourse for over 8 months. and then i read in an infertility book that uterine polyps can cause infertility and cancer.
Most likely you do not have cancer. However, I would follow up and have that ultrasound.
I had abnormal bleeding and cramps for a couple of months before going to the gyn. I also had a polyp but she decided to do an ultrasound just because. They found a tumor in my right ovary.
I was lucky. It was borderline. But it could have been worse.
Just take the ultrasound and put your mind at ease so you can move on to better things!
