Fearful after sudden onset chronic pelvic ,back and leg pain

Hi , I have had heavy very painful periods with blood clots for many years . I have had problems conceiving although I did manage to once 18 years ago when I had my daughter. I have used no contraception for years either , I have been to the docs many times over the years about the pain of them ,however they have always been regular . Other pain I get during menstruation is thigh pain and also during different times of month aswell as menstruation I suffer from hip pain especially right side and at night time and occasional pain in right hand side . All these symptoms I have had for a long time . However after my last period which was about two weeks ago ,two days after I finished I started getting period type cramps in my legs and pelvis and this then radiated to my back and I was needing to pee a lot . I couldn't get to docs until Monday so 5 days after initial onset she just referred me to ultrasound scan but was very vague and unspecific about what could cause it just told me to dose up on meds. Pain killers didn't touch it and ended up going to a and e later that evening they felt my abdomen and pelvis and could not feel any swelling, all felt "normal" but urine showed blood and slight signs of infection and they gave me short course of antibiotics ,this course finished and I noticed very minimal improvement went back to docs told him I was still in pain and he tested urine sample ,no sign of infection . I was very tearful and told him I was thinking the worst ,he did nothing to allay my fears just said he would hurry the scan along and gave me prescription for diclofenac . So now I am here very fearful and thinking the worst even more .... Please help :(

Hang in there. I am sorry for your trouble. I have no clue what is wrong. I do know fear and I care.

A friend told me once everything she ever worried about happening to her so never happened other things she never thought of did. Worry is trying to control the future and we can't. I jokingly say I am paying these doctors all this money so I let them worry. Bottom line it only hurts you to worry.
