Becky,
Here's hoping you're home soon in your own little bed surrounded by your loved ones ! Hospitals are awful.. no matter how "good" they are. There truly is "No place like home'
Be well,
Sandy
Becky,
It has been a few days now and I so hope that you were able to go home.
Hopefully the pain has eased a lot by now too and that you are able to sit and enjoy being with TY again. I am keeping my fingers crossed and praying that they have now got you fixed up good as new again,
Love Chris
As long as those bowels are moving right along...you'll be out in no time! Booy, I hear you about the whole privacy thing. Sometimes it feels like they MUST be selling tickets for a tour! Those babies of ours are wonderful at helping us to feel better, though! You'll be reading stories and giggling with Ty in no time...
Rhonda
I do hope that you will be able to leave the hospital soon. I hate those places and understand how you feel. I'll keep you in prayer for a early return home.~~~Joanne
Becky is tough and she will pull through this one too. I am glad she is looking at getting out soon. Hospitals are to dreary.
I got an email the other day and she said that her BF brought Ty to visit her and the nurses apparently just loved him. He had a face full of stickers and two popsicles before he went home. LOL Becky's BF told Ty he was a "chick magnet" and little Ty just roared with laughter over that. He thought that was pretty cool. Having seen his cute little smile and twinkling eyes, I am sure he had every nurse wrapped around his little finger.
I am glad that Becky has Adam, Ty and other close family members to help her out. It makes all of the difference in the world
Don't worry Becky, you will be out and reading Ty his bedtime stories again before you know it. Just take care of you and get strong & energized.
Love,
Jan
Becky,
in Italy it's 5 o'clock in the morning...I just came back from hospital where my mother had 3rd surgery, one week ago. She can't move, intravenous drip made her arm red and painful. I know how you can feel, treatments, doctors opinions, decisions: you would like to be at home, that's what my mother says, too.
I often travel to Africa for work and believe me...there's no surgery, no chemo, no treatment for pain.
So the only thing I can tell you is that, in a way or another, we are lucky to be born in places where at least we are sure to get the best therapies.
I know it's not enough to relieve your pain and sickness but try to be strong and positive!!!!!
A warm warm hug
Moira
