Gift

Well, I've just been given a gift.  This morning when I spoke to the GYN/ONC office in Madison they said that the Dr would not see me.  I just got a call and they said they would.  I have an appointment on Monday.  I'm in total shock right now.

Hi there, thank you!  You are so right, waiting is horrible.  It seems that the closer things get, the slower the motion.  I feel sad and mad at the same time about Kimmie.  I wish we could all write the quack nasty letters.  He should really be reported to the AMA for this.  It's inexcusable.

Thank you so much.  I have felt so much support through all this watch and wait stuff.  I'll know so much more after Monday and I'll go from there.

Hugs!

Wow...Monday!  All this waiting, and now you have a date!  I know you must be in awe.  I will say an extra prayer that you get good news...and a surgery date,  I know the knews from Kimmie has you upset and worried about your own outcome.  But, I think you know we're all going to be there with you every step of the way.  In the meantime, we'll all think positive thoughts.  Many hugs to you.

Thanks so much!  You know, it's amazing when you know in your deepest heart that something right is happening.  I had the biggest dark cloud over me after my Monday Dr visit and after being told I wouldn't be seen in Madison.  After my call with the go ahead it was like something lifted and I just KNEW it was supposed to be.  And, I'll be seeing the Dr. that I wanted to see without being asked.  God is working here, I just know it.

Now I will know, no matter what they say, that I've done my homework.

Hugs back at you all!

Great news. Now you'll be feel more sure of things heading into surgery. It is a shame you have to go so far. There is a bad shortage of gyn/oncs in Illinois. In Peoria we have one. He is great, but will retire soon. I wonder other states have the same problem. Marie
