Hair and teeth

Where does the hair and teeth they find in some ovarian cysts come from?  Is it a part of an embryo or is it a part of the woman herself?  I thought that very strange when I read that about some cysts.  thanks

oh thanks so much for your information. It was really interresting and thanks for bearing with me in forgetting that this is a forum for ovarian cancer and not just any ovarian condition.  I know you get tired of stating that fact... *sigh*
