High -CA-125

As Jan has already said, there is no way to dx you without having a surgical biopsy. Also, your ca-125 is not really that high. My Ca-125 was 6,000 when dx. Please provide some more info so we can better direct you. Best of luck, Deandra

First off a CA125 of 39.3 is not awful.  To know if you have ovarian cancer you would have to go through surgery, biopsies, staging etc to really know.  Why did you have a CA125?  Were there suspicious cysts or tumors?  Are you pre menopausal or post menopausal?  Have you had ovca in the past and are worried about a recurrence?  I am so sorry, but you will need to provide a little more detail if we are to address your situation with any degree of helpfulness.
