History of hydrospinx

Can someone with the expertise please interpret the result from my pelvic ultrasound.  I'm scheduled to have another hystosonogram soon. My husband & want to become pregnant & hoping my tubes corrected themselves and are free from fluids.

Thanks!

Fluid  in cul -de-sac is a bit worrying I would have a doctor keep up with it. There is no way to tell at this point what that means. It might just be fibroids. If your CA 125 goes up or you have cysts I would monitor them. It could turn out to be benign cysts.
